Fleet managed to soak up the early Sholing pressure and took five minutes to get the ball down the other end, the ball in was collected by Sholing, but a poor clearance fell perfectly to Bradley Wilson, he controlled the ball and fired it back past Ryan Gosney into the net to give Fleet an early lead. It only took four minutes for Fleet to take the lead, Sam Williams lifted a free kick into the middle of the box, collected by Kofi Haliday, on his return from a long injury layoff, it took a moment to get the ball out from under his feet before firing the ball home. Fleet Town bounced back from the disappointments of last Saturday's game at Paulton, by turning on the style against the second placed Bluebells of Yate.
