Fleet Town 0 Littlehampton Town 2

A disappointing performance from Fleet Town saw them exit the FA Vase at the First Round stage. With a number of first team players self isolating or suspended it was always going to be a tough game against an unbeaten Littlehampton side.

Fleet had an early chance to take the lead but unfortunately the chance was spurned and that was one of the last chances that Fleet had. Littlehampton took control playing direct and controlled football with a few robust challenges thrown in for good measure. The took the lead when they top scorer was left space in the Fleet box and he duly converted the chance. Half-time 0-1

The second half continued in much the same style with Littlehampton being in control and making chances at will. They scored a second goal with a near post header from a corner. Fleet made some substitutions that a bit more pace and attacking threat but no real chances were made. Full-time 0-2
